Crexi is a nationwide marketplace for commercial real estate. As a MetroList subscriber benefit, we’ve partnered with them so your for-sale and for-lease listings reach their buyers and tenants — added automatically, at no cost to you. All you need is a free Crexi account; there’s nothing to subscribe to. This page explains what Crexi is, what it does for your listings, and the four steps to claim your account.
What is Crexi
Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. — founded 2015, based in Los Angeles. Buyers, tenants, brokers and owners use it to market and trade retail, office, industrial, multifamily, land, self-storage, hospitality and medical property.
MetroList provides the Crexi Marketplace to you as a subscriber benefit. It’s free, there’s nothing to subscribe to, and a free Crexi account is all you need to use it.
Where your MetroList listings land. Unlimited listings, nationwide exposure and qualified leads — at no cost, with no subscription. Create a free Crexi account and your properties are already there. Buyers and tenants filter by type, location, size, price and cap rate.
Your live commercial listings were added to Crexi automatically and stay in sync with MetroList. No duplicate data entry, no second inventory to maintain.
Inquiries route to you, and My Listings shows what each property is doing — views, saves, leads and days on market — so you can report back to your client with numbers.

For brokers and office managers
Action requiredCrexi is an opt-in syndication destination. A broker or authorized manager must enable Crexi in the Prospector+ Listing Syndication dashboard before your office listings can flow to the Crexi marketplace.

Active listings in the eligible commercial property types will be able to syndicate to Crexi.
Agents create or access their Crexi account using the same email address associated with their MetroList access, then view and manage their syndicated listings on Crexi.
Get started
Head to Crexi.com and click “Sign in” to create an account using the same email tied to your MetroList Agent ID and password.
Log into your Crexi account. When the email matches your MetroList Agent ID, your properties are already waiting.
Click the menu icon in the top left — the three lines next to the Crexi logo — and select “My Listings” under Listing Tools.
You’ll see every live commercial property that was added automatically, and can manage, track and analyze performance from there.

Use the same email tied to your MetroList Agent ID and password — that’s how Crexi matches your listings to your account.
Click the menu icon in the top left of Crexi, next to the logo, then select “My Listings” under Listing Tools.
They filter by location, property type and subtype, price or lease rate, building and lot size, year built, class, tenancy and cap rate — so the more complete your MetroList data, the more searches your listing shows up in.
Yes — retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, land, mixed use, self storage, mobile home park, senior living, special purpose and business-for-sale, each with subtypes such as warehouse, medical office or shopping center.
